Steps to prepare Chicken feet soaked with lemongrass and kumquat
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
After buying kumquats, you wash them with water, then cut them in half. Take 5 thinly sliced lemongrass trees, the remaining 5 lemongrass trees are smashed.
Ginger and lemon leaves you cut finely, sliced red pepper.
Step 2: Prepare chicken feet
To get rid of the smell of chicken feet, cut off the chicken’s nails, then wash them and then put them in a bowl. Continue to add 1/2 part of sliced ginger, 2 tablespoons of granulated salt, white wine (leave about 2 tablespoons) and 100ml of white vinegar.

Step 3: Boil chicken feet
